  : Apt is big enough for a family. Two bedrooms and sofa bed. Sofa bed not comfortable as its a futon.
  : Location is not great. No elevator or AC. Too hot in the summer. If you open windows at night bugs come and sometimes a grasshopper. Not many cafes nearby but about 10 minute walk. Toilet room has no sink in it. Need to bring supplies. Towels just enough for 1 per person and no contact w owner at all. The shower in small bathroom leaks all over and bathroom is super small. Toile is in the living room. Sofa is small so whole the sept fits a family, you cant get comfortable in the living room also security deposit is almost the price of stay. I didnt get my deposit back until more than 3 weeks later. I would not stay there again. Its too hot, far from everything and restaurants in that area not great. Also decor is not age appropriate. Offensive especially for children.

  : The position is great! Walking distance from Louvre, Pompidou etc and several metro lines very close by (5 min by foot). A lot of small and nice restaurants and cafees just around the corner. Enjoyed the apartment. It is spacy and well equipped! Host was nice and available! We were 4 - parents and two teenagers. Would come back!

  : The location of Andy is perfect. It is a few blocks from the Pompidou, and very close to many of the attractions in Paris. This was perfect for walking around town. We enjoyed the apartment very much, and found it easy to stop in when we were tired of walking and needed a break. The coffee shop across the street was a bonus - it is adorable and has great coffee. The apartment is well-stocked with plates and cookware and all the essentials. We appreciated having a washer/dryer as this was the second week of our trip.
  : We had a bit of concern about having only one toilet for our group of six people, but it worked out okay. There are two showers and the one toilet is separate from those. We were out much of the day so it wasn't a big deal, but I do not think it was clear in the property listing. Also, there was some damage/warping in one part of a wood floor that was a bit of a trip hazard and made it so that the door to one of the showers did not close properly. Otherwise, it was great and I recommend for families with kids as it gives a bit of extra room and the convenience of having breakfast at home before a day of sightseeing.
