: I really like the design of the apartment, the location, the furniture. This is exactly the place that I'd like to stay.
: The customer service staff has been the worst, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I'd like to share with you my worst experience. My initial booking was from 26 to 28 Dec. I extended one more day to check out on 29 Dec.- 26.12: I checked in at 15:00, the apartment was not ready, very dirty. They asked me to SEND THEM THE PHOTOS FOR PROVING THAT THE PLACE WAS DIRTY. "we will check and we will give you a solution''. WE ARE UNDER THE PANDEMIC AND HYGIENE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR ANY ACCOMMODATIONS.- 26.12: After 30 mins calling and waiting, using my swiss number, they sent me to the WS apartment 12, 77 rue des Archives. This one was ready but the stove (plaque de cuisson) was not working.- 27.12: I wanted to stay for one more day, CHECKOUT ON 29 DEC. Since the kitchen didn't work, they proposed me to move to apt 16 if I agreed to pay a higher price. Of course, I refused so that they promised to fix the stove.- 28.12: They sent the link for payment, which indicated that I had to pay for the cleaning fee at 20 Euros. Since I refused to pay that fee, they said that they would not charge it to my credit card. If I didn't check the bill carefully, I would have paid for this hidden fee.- 28.12 at 14:00 Finally, after many phone calls, the technician came to fix the stove at around 14:00. I HAD PAID FOR THE KITCHEN THAT I COULD NOT USE since 26 Dec.During this unpleasant stay, I had to call them many times to get things done. Each time, I had to tell the same story again and again. It was unbelievable that they let me check-in in a dirty apartment, ASKING ME TO SEND PHOTOS TO PROVE IT, THIS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR IS UNACCEPTABLE, GIVEN THAT I MIGHT HAVE BEEN INFECTED WITH THE CORONAVIRUS SINCE THE APARTMENT WAS NOT CLEANED.The more I like the WS apartment, the more I feel sorry for its owner. My stay would have been a great stay in Paris if the customer service staff had done their job properly.
