  : Room was not made up correctly and was almost impossible to have rearranged. Was told my room would be sorted for when i got back from my dinner but obviously was not the case and once i returned the staff had changed and apparently nothing could be done. Finally got a spare set of sheets.Went with my mum after booking a twin had to settle for a double and share a bed even though i am 35. The seals around the window were damaged, almost none existent so the noise from the station was ridiculous. Doors banging throughout the night like a hostel, along with babies crying. Understandably the TV was in french but the subtitles couldnt be changed to any other language. Hot drink facilities were supposed to be 24 hours, this was also not the case. Breakfast was substandard, not even a toaster for the bread, eggs to boil yourself and some hams. Lots of flies not great. Would not recommend to anyone.

  : Nice staff and breakfast was nice
  : just came back from Paris where I was really disappointed with the state of the rooms that My fiancé and I slept in..We had to ask to be changed from room 312 where mould was on the walls near the beds that we supposed to sleep in as well as in the bathroom mould dots near the ceiling in the shower.. I took pictures for references.The room 416 was not a new room neither we were surprised coming from the lift again that the floor was not hoovered, the corridor leading to our room was getting refurbished and plastic sheets was covering one side on the corridor as well as paint..Nothing was stated on any messages or website that the hotel was in a refurbishing process..The room 416 has 2 lights in the bathroom , 1 light only works same as in the bedroom which the main one does not work either, only the side lights were working .. The bottom of the bathroom door was of mouldy too..I chose that hotel to surprise my partner,now fiancé, who has never been in Paris or France before so you can imaging how embarrassed I was having to change room which were not at any standard pictures shown on your website, and message that I received too..We changed room after first thing on arrival (10pm ) after a long journey and day at work to reach there, thinking of relaxing at last..I paid quite a bit for 4 nights to stay and could not find any other hotel to pay extra money for a short trip, this is not acceptable and we are really disappointed.
