  : Amazing location and easy to access the key. Really nice courtyard and felt safe too.
  : Very small and cramped. Shower head was broken so had to hold it. The double bed was just a small sofa really.

  : The apartment is horrible, it does not match the photos shown. It looks like a basement. It's on the ground floor, so you can't always leave the windows open. Only when we were in the room. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes so I couldn't even leave it open. With that, the room smelled musty. Beds are bad. We left with back pain. Anyway.. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone. And I won't be back.

  : The location was easy to find. The building number was easy to find. There was hot water. There was clean bedding and clean towels. There was basic kitchen equipment, soap, plenty of toilet roll and cleaning products.
  : The checking in process online was confusing. It could have been clearer. I had last minute panic as I still had no access code to get into the property until I tried the check in process again outside the property. Once I got into the apartment complex, I could not locate the key in the key box as it was already open and no key. Then it turned out the cleaner was still on site cleaning at 3pm (which was my agreed arrival time). He was very friendly and nice. The pull out bed was small and uncomfortable. The cooking hob did not work. The headroom above the 'mattress' on the mezzanine was very restricted. The fit out was very basic. Heaven knows how easy it would have been to get out of the apartment in the event of a fire. You could not put the shower head into the holder. There was no welcome pack or suggestions of good places to eat, or local supermarket etc. Had to rely on google maps.

  : The apartment is in the center of Paris, you can self check-in so you dont have time problem
  : our flight was canceled so lost one night there. We asked to the owner what could we do and if it was possible a partial refund but he never answer. We only received and automatic answer about other things.We booked the apartment for four people but when we were there we found just a double bed upstairs and a small sofa bed that its just for one person. This is why one of us stayed in another place for the night.We also found out dirty towels so we used the same for three people because it was the only one clean.

  : the windows were broken half way up. the tv didnt work. moth and mould in the bathroom. very basic. in no way cosy. all my clothes smell damp
