  : We were able to check in early without extra cost. The apartment was located in a courtyard therefore very quiet.
  : Location in the middle of red light district. Apartment not suitable for more than 10-max 12 people. No flexibility from host with changing or cancelling the booking because of COVID-19.

  : Location was ideal. Easy to visit the central sites of Paris. Metro very near. Bakery on the opposite corner. Lots of beds. 2 great showers. Easy check-in.
  : Sadly the flat had not been cleaned well prior to arrival - dirty marks on windows/fridge, a dirty pillowcase, a dirty sink. Lisa did kindly offer for someone to clean again the next day, but we didn't want the hassle on our only full day in the city, with all our things in the property. The flat was tired. Kitchen had no corkscrew or bottle opener. Given the very high price, the state of the flat was disappointing. Previous visitors' shoes were left in the flat. Also worth pointing out, we were a group of 2 families with children ranging 5-14 yrs old, and the street itself -Rue St.Denis has a high number of sex shops, peep shows and ladies standing in doorways. This was not suitable for our group, and we quickly learnt to avoid the street and walk elsewhere.
