  : Bedrooms are bathrooms were comfortable.
  : living room area was extremely dirty, rug super dirty, hall to rooms needs rework as floor is crooked because of the mold. Dining chairs were still dirty from past stay, dishwasher smelled terrible, and rug throughout the house was gross. You can notice there is mold around house

  : The location was somewhat convenient for travel, the sub and metro were easy to walk to.
  : The property itself was not at all comfortable or suited for the number of people we booked for, there were damaged furniture on arrival, foul smell coming from all sinks and not safe as strangers had access to the building and were peeping in through the windows and were pushing on apartment doors. Nobody from the agency contacted us or kept in touch during our stay to see if we were comfortable or required any assistance. Additionally, it was very inconvenient that we were re-located the day before we checked in and the property we were offered was not at all to our standards. We had originally booked an apartment that came with air conditioning to accommodate the weather but the property we were given without a choice did not accommodate the weather as it came with small fans that gave no air and even during this weather we were told by security to keep the windows closed.

  : The location was great and metro was 2 minute walk away.
  : The flat was too small for 6 adults and 5 children. It was dirty had broken tables, plates, mugs and dishwasher was dirty, blocked and leaked and no one came to fix it or to clean up. The main air con didn't work but had portable air con that was useless. After booking i requested enough bedding and pillows for 11 people and they didn't provide enough pillows so we had to use towels as pillows and not enough toilet rolls. The whole flat needs fresh paint and new carpets and furniture. It was advertised for 13 people but its big enough for 7-8. Too expensive for few days stay not worth it for location. We left a bathroom jug in the toilet.
