  : Room is really very small for a family of 4. We booked for 4 but was only handed utilities for 3. Water heater doesn't work for more than 2 showers.

  : Great location in the heart of Paris, in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Champs Elysees.The staff is prompt and helpful, and the apartment is clean. Great value for money.
  : The place is tiny. Although advertised as being suitable for 4 people, when you unfold the couch there is almost no space left around the beds.

  : Shower very dirty and constipated. Bathroom constipated too. The women who is textin you is extremely Rude!! I can’t speak french and we had a conversation and i told her that she needs to talk english cuz i cant speak french. She told me no you in france now we talk french her. I maked pictures of everything and our conversation. And everything was veryyy dirty no clean room very dangerous now with COVID-19!!!Am travelling now for 7 months full time and this was the baddest room ever.

  : Easy access, a lot of details by SMS before accommodation time.
  : I ordered accommodation for 3, with different as price for only 2, but accommodation was prepared for 2. This mistake can be just a mistake, but I called the accommodation provider to solve and they do not say no, but did not solved. I have called after 7 hours the booking.com support to ask for partial refund for part not provided, the accommodation provider say that will be discussed on Monday, but no feedback after 2 days.Second bad point, no functional induction cook top and no full equipped kitchen, no forks for example, no kitchen knives, so pay for having unusable kitchen.

  : The problem with the old washing machine, the round rubber seal is cracked and the water comes out from under the door on the floor during the process of washing.

  : The bedroom had a very soft, comfy bed. The location was excellent.
  : The fan was broken hand wouldn’t turn on, the washing machine leaked all over the floor, the shower didn’t drain so that resulted in a huge mess on the floor when we’d shower.
