  : Convenient location. Modern apartment. Host greeted us on arrival and went through everything.
  : There was a building toilet room outside of the front door that made the entry area smell. No basic amenities such as toilet paper, dish cloths and dishwasher tablets, however a convenience store is located right across the street.

  : The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and furnished as well as super well maintained. Good natural lighting. Super well located in Le Marais (3eme).
  : We were forced to pay a security deposit of 1,500 EUR which we negotiated down to 1,000 EUR. This was NOT advertised in the listing. Although informing Guillaume of our check in time, we still waited 45 minutes under the apartment in the street. He didn't send us an exact location despite calling and asking him for assistance. Upon our arrival he would not take my calls, he only responded when we called from a different number which I find incredibly rude and childish. The apartment was very very very unclean, the dishwasher hadn't been run in a few days and there was no toilet paper, there was also dust everywhere. When confronted about all this they firstly refused to clean the apartment until we paid the security deposit in full, after that we had to sit around the apartment for two hours until the apartment was cleaned. The only pleasant thing about that was that the cleaning staff was SUPER nice and hygienic! On top of that, they messed up with the security deposit and instead of doing a hold on the amount, they charged me the full amount - something they had to eventually rectify. When checking out, I messaged Guillaume asking him to remove the hold on my card, I still haven't heard back - which I again find rude. On top of that, our safe didn't work the entire time we were there and given how unresponsive Guillaume was, we didn't even bother messaging him about it. If you're staying there know that you will be forced to pay a 1,000+ EUR deposit that is not listed in the advertisement and that the host's representative (Guillaume) might think he's too important to attend to your needs nor reply to your messages. If you're okay with both those things, then stay there - it truly is a beautiful apartment.
