  : The location was very central
  : I had booked and paid for the superior room. The images of the room i had booked and that the hotel was advertising as a superior room were of a larger room than the standard one with a bathtub as extra facility.On arrival I was given what I can only assume was the standard room, a very very small room, with windows on to the air shaft where the air-condition machines were and with NO bathtub ( which was the whole reason I chose the hotel over others in same price range in the first place )just a very small basic shower room. Very disappointed I asked the man in reception to move me to a room like the one i had booked according to the images they advertised but he was very rude, didnt offer any alternative and told me that if i wanted another room he could move me to a suite that i had to pay double price for! I had also requested an early check in as I am 7 months pregnant but when arriving at 11am was told by the nan in reception that I should just come back at 15:00, absolutely no attempt to accommodate us earlier!Customer service by reception was unacceptable as was the room they put us in!
