  : The rooms does not meet my expectations. The pictures are totally off.
  : The rooms does not meet the expectations at all. The pictures are totally off. After I saw the room I asked the lady at the front desk to cancel which they were very unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not book the room she said she upgraded me for it. You can barely walk with the luggage including the elevator imagine the size of the bathroom. Imagine you just arrived in Paris after a 12 hours plane ride and you got treated with no respect at all. I was exhausted from my trip and the two girls were working at the front desk they are very rude. Any hotel in my entire life that does not meet the description of the rooms refund the charges. The booking agent called them when I was still sitting at the hotel and they also screamed at him. All I want it was my refund with I literally paid when I arrived there. I should looked at the rooms first but I was super tired. They denied to refund and I had to open a complaint against the hotel.

  : The hotel was adequate for our needs and well located to the train station. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was however, tiny and the bathroom in particular was very tight. We did book the smaller room though, so maybe the larger rooms would have been a better option for us if cost wasn't an issue. The staff were lovely. The hotel is located in a pretty and quiet area so not much noise at night. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower in under 10 minutes.

  : Friendly and helpful staff. Close and room view of the Eiffel tower. Quite street.
  : Definitely a 3 star or less room. Carpet needs to be replaced immediately. No hooks in bathroom to hang towels and shower on top of bath had half screen, thus flooding the bathroom floor from other half. Hair-dryer did not work. Bed doona was so lumpy that your body was half covered. All in all smelly uncomfortable room.
