  : Unfortunately I had very bad experience with the agent of the apartment who turned to be a scammer. When I arrived he asked for my id and credit card as he said to take a deposit. Deposit was NEVER mentioned in rules and booking.com confirmed it. But he took a photo of my credit card 2 sides despite I asked him not to and then filled its data somewhere in his phone. Next second I got an sms from my bank that someone is trying to CHARGE me 500 euros with a code if I confirm it. I asked him why is he trying to charge me but he said only that he needed that code and hell give the money back. I got a call from my banker asking if its me trying to make a payment in suspicious website. Agent said if I dont give him the code I have to get out of the apartment. But its already been fully PAID. He refused to contact booking.com and after few min Ive been trying to solve the situation he took my luggage out of flat and shout at me to get out the flat and get out the building.
  : Scam - agent tries to charge you additional 500 euros and when you refuse he kicks you out of the flat.Still waiting for booking.com to give the money I paid for flat back but have no answer from them for days.
