  : The Apartment was clean and in a good location close the metro with lots of shops & restaurants nearby.The entrance to the apartment is separate to the hotel and opens onto the sidewalk, but has an electronically operated roller shutter that provided both privacy and security for people walking past. Breakfasts were good with various options available to satisfy everyone.
  : Both air conditioners in the apartments were faulty when we arrived and did not work for the duration of our stay despite numerous requests and messages with the property to assist which was very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons we booked this property. The apartment only had one opening window which opened onto a closed courtyard and provided no ventilation through the apartment. We were all bitten by whatever mosquitoes are in the area as a result of having to leave the window open which left us with watery blisters all over our arms and legs which were very uncomfortable took around a week to heal.The property eventually responded and apologized for the faulty air conditioners and offered to refund part of our booking, but now do not respond to messages regarding the refund.i will update the review once we received the refund and advise what percentage was refunded if any.
