  : The location. The fact that it had insulated windows to keep the noise level down. The fact that it had a kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and it was large.
  : It was NOT on the Place des Vosges. But it was advertised as such. I was very disappointed. The TV didnt work. The washing machine spin cycle didnt work. The toilet lid was broken. The shower quit draining quickly. The bathroom vanity was too big for the room and not installed properly. The bottom drawer didnt open, and the top drawer kept filling with water. When we arrived, there were wet sheets and towels hung inside the closet. Had I not taken them down and dried them on the non-working television and the drying rack and anywhere else that was available, theyd have mildewed. The furniture is very cheap and flimsy. It had zero charm and could have easily been decorated with a couple of nice pictures and a colorful rug or two.

  : Good location, comfortable bed. Amazing washing machine! Bit of character with wooden beams and kitchen wall. Helpful agent.
  : Bit noisy at night. Bedroom window without double glazing. Perhaps could have fixed shower and bathroom door handle before we, tenants, arrived. Towels from previous tenants left inside still operating washing machine on arrival.

  : waiting time to get the keys on arrival although the rental paid an extra night brutal move despite the Ismael agreement to extend the stay Especially the request of Ismael to pay cash the rental without never providing us an invoice despite several requests

  : Dirty, towels not dry, fixtures not working properly, extremely small bathroom.Lack of toilet paper, at least a day supply would be nice. It looks like nobody cares to maintain a minimum standard.
