  : No lavabo in the studio , the toilet are outside the room , the pictures are good selling and far from the reality ! the check in is too late at 16h30 . the pillow are single kapok ! not in relation with the price ! i have see a price at 130 me 170

  : The location is fantastic, a three minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants near by, easy to get an uber, there is an electric scooter station outside the building, it's a great location. Plus it's on the 7th floor and there is a lift, huge bonus. Shower is nice too.
  : The toilet is not in the room, it's still private and exclusive to the flat but it's two doors down from the apartment. The pictures show the bed comes down from the roof, this is incorrect, the bed lift is broken so a standard bed has been put in its place, which is fine unless you were hoping to use the lounge area which no longer exists. The room wasn't the cleanest, the wooden floor was sticky and the carpets in the room and hallway need a good clean. It's not as new and fresh looking as the pictures and it's quite expensive for what you get.
