  : DO NOT STAY HEREIt is not a double bed, it is two single beds pushed together, they do not attach so come apart if you lie in the gap in the middle. The beds were also very uncomfortable.There was no footstool, coffee table or shower curtain, as pictured. There was also no bin, forks, bowls, sharp knife. There was no where to hang towels in the bathroom.The only place to store clothes was a built in wardrobe with very dusty shelves. Lots of dust and cobwebs throughout (obviously been there a while), there were marks on the bedsheets and they were ripped at the edges, there were stains on the curtains.The tv didn’t work at all, the host didn’t respond to multiple messages and after reading other reviews we realised we were wasting our time in trying.The shower pressure and temperature was fine but didn’t last all that long.When we travel we regularly stay in cheaper accommodation with location being our highest priority, but in Paris this isn’t necessary at all. The metro in Paris is so cheap and easy to use to get everywhere, I would highly recommend staying somewhere further out which will likely be nicer for the same money. All the attractions in Paris are pretty spaced out so you will likely need to use the metro or taxis wherever you stay anyway.We chose this place over others as it stated “double bed” not “sofa bed”, but a sofa bed would’ve been much better than the two singles that we had with a double sheet over them (not like hotel singles that are designed to be pushed together).

  : It was the worst apartment I have ever been to, and service in terms of response was so bad, that for the 3 days we where calling ask for remote control of the TV, but no response from the team very dirty apartment that wasn't properly clear please as a reputable company please ensure hou send your team for proper inspection before aspecting such apartment on ur platform. I am very disappointed .
  : Poor services and not properly clean because the courtyard behind was not even clean, toilet not properly clean .

  : Location is perfect, 8 minutes taxi drive from Eiffel tower. Neat by restaurants and ships.
  : 1. No hot water available for 24 hours. Only its available for 1-2 hours. 2. Wifi was only available for 1st 2 days of our stay 2 days WiFi was down3. No real time support from any staff, only phone assistance and it is no use4. Floors were brokeI won't recommend to book this property if you are traveling with family. It was disappointing stay

  : Location is perfect.
  : 1) The apartment is colonized with Ants everywhere, the property owner need to pay extra attention to this. Small black ants everywhere (bed, shower, kitchen, living room).2) The owner should change his security mentality; we left the apartment at around 18:00 for dinner outside, and when we got back the door was locked and won’t open. After 5 attempts to call the owner he told us they changed the keys! and they do this on Routine basis. So if you happen to rent this property and the keys don’t work, make sure you check for new keys.

  : The bed was really comfortable, easy to find, great price, good location to Arc de Triomphe
  : We stayed in room 2 on the second floor, it was a small room but enough space for a couple of days especially because we weren’t staying there other than to sleep.It could be cleaner, there was some dust and they were renovating room 3 so there was dust sheets down in the stairwell. The stairs are really loud due to being old wood, we were unfortunately woken up on our last night just before 2am to 2/3 people running up the stairs to our floor and were trying to break in to rooms 3&4. They were really beating down the doors to get in. Although I now write this calmly it was the most terrifying experience. We darent breathe or say anything to attract attention to our room. We couldn’t understand how they had managed to get through the entrance either.
