  : The location of the property was excellent, the facility rather for someone with no greater expectations. The location makes up for a lot, 5 min walk to many restaurants and other attractions incl. the Metro, which makes travel in Paris really easy.
  : The hot water was a bit problematic, the furniture rather the left overs from older times, humidity is a problem in the whole building where even the picture frames are affected, one cupboard was showing rat excrement, it is very basic accommodation. Another minus is the parking, for every day 35 Euros towards the City is really steep as there is no parking within the facility.

  : Excellent location! Great service from owner meeting us with keys inspite of our train running late.
  : Toilet door needs oil to stop squeaking (woke everyone up). No tea towels for dishes.

  : it was very close to Monmatre and very nice part of the city. Public transport is nearby so you can reach the city centre quite fast. we stayed with our kids and they liked it.
  : the parking was not a problem, but you have to pay a lot if you decide to leave the vehicle at the doorstep.

  : Charming neighborhood! Close to several metro stations and bus stops. Lots of landmarks and things to see near by. Also many cafes and restaurants.
  : The building was older so the bathroom smelled bad. The shower area also had a bit of a smell. You could tell there is water damage that needs to be repaired. You could smell the smoke when the neighbor would go have a cigarette outside the door.

  : Everything was cool except for the noise while opening toilet doors, as we were 7 in total each time at night somebody was opening the toilet door was waking up the rest of us..

  : The only good thing about this accommodation is the location, as its close to Sacre Couer. Otherwise it was the worst accommodation I have stayed in since I was a student at university.
  : The landlord didnt turn up for 3hours when we got to the apartment and left us on the street, even though Id messaged through booking.comTo say wed arrive around 6pm. (Thank goodness it wasnt raining). We tried to contact him but he didnt answer and could only get hold of him through booking.com. Different messages sent to me via booking.com Which led to the landlord accusing me of not paying and telling me he couldnt trust me to pay, so he couldnt let us into the accommodation. so we were unsure whether we had any accommodation for our stay. When we finally got into the apartment at 9pm, Black mould and paint peeling throughout the damp hall way, old toilet block full of rubbish on the staircase. Ants and earwigs in the apartment. Towels were the oldest thing Ive seen in a while, thank goodness I took my own. Toilet in the kitchen with no hand washing facilities in the toilet. Bare electric wires on show, half the plug sockets didnt work. Bedding very tired, difficult to know if it was clean. The landlord accused us of steeling his wallet when he left the apartment, to which he then subsequently found in his car. (His words were I find it difficult to believe you havent got my wallet in the apartment).
