: No breakfast - only good thing about this place was the lovely location
: Whole place is a disaster. Rude response when after many phone calls as I was standing in the street with no way of entering, an SMS message read "I"M BUSY". No more communication until much later that evening. The worst experience I have ever had in many years of travelling. The photos are false. It is falsely described as "De Luxe", there is no garden, the shower leaks and I ended up paddling on the floor as water came up through the cracked tiles, walls are unfinished, the mattress is badly stained. They do not reply to anything or make any attempt to help even though I told them I am a senior citizen and had been travelling all day from Spain. You are misleading people. Why have you at booking.com not shown all the photos I posted to illustrate that everything I say is completely true. I shall be taking this up with Booking.com management and require an apology for believing the deception of 22 St Paul.

: The bed was comfy and the towels provided felt good quality. Also the kitchen area was very nice. Great wifi and great location
: The images provided for this apartment were very misleading. The tv didnt work and when I messaged them about it they never replied to me. This apartment was like someone had turned the storage room of the apartments into a granny flat, the room felt unfinished and like it was a home job. They certainly have tried to style it and make it nice but it was a miss. Our biggest problem was the air conditioning we came when there was a heat wave which mean temperatures were over 32c, the air condition was a portable air condition with no where to put the tube that blows it hot air, so we had to have to door open and to allow the air conditioning to work properly and even then it was still hot because obviously the door was open. The light was also hanging from the ceiling and not in the ceiling.overall this is not what I thought it would be I believe their photos are misleading, we still didnt let this experience ruin our trip .

: The property had the feel of a garage that had been converted into a granny flat. The quality was much lower than I was expecting. I was expecting a something that had a homely feel to it, or a bit of character.
