  : The apartment is not too far from the Eiffel Tower. There is a small kitchen and clothes washer (but no dryer). There are 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom.
  : The elevator was broken, so we had to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs with loose banisters. Out of the 6 days we stayed, the elevator only worked 1 time. The apartment gets very hot, so we opened the windows and a breeze blew and slammed and broke one of the windows. Apparently its our fault and we must pay for the window. The power went out, so we had to grope around in the dark to figure out how to fix it. We were asked to remove our shoes in the apartment (which we were happy to do) but there are nails sticking out of the very creaky wood floors that we injured our feet on. The Wi-Fi does not work throughout the apartment. The lamps had cords going all over the place in the bedroom and left no place to plug in our personal electronics.

  : Squeaky floorboards, kitchen pantry goods need updating. lots of expired foods since 2011! Could not use anything but the sugar.

  : The location was in a safe neighbourhood but still took Ubers or walked miles to get to all the things you want to see and do in Paris. Its definitely a character place but super dated and not overly inviting. It is NOT like the pictures.
  : There is ZERO air circulation in the place. when temperatures hit 30 plus, they had 2 fans (the cheap dollar store brand) that basically did not blow more than a inch from the fan. It was the WORST heat imaginable. Zero air flow, no one slept for 2 days. We avoided going home. We also had circulation issues and we remained inflamed. I asked for them to get bigger quality fans, printable air conditioner. The property managers response: go buy your own! The worst service. We spent 200 Euros on fans just to manage the heat. The unit is dirty, old, run down and completely NOT worth the price. It has creepy figurine/stiffed animals that are soaked in dirt. All the electrical is ripe for a fire. No shower. Just a complete waste of money. Do Not stay here if you like it clean, comfortable and with air flow. Even once it cooled down we had to stand in front of a fan. No one could get properly ready without sweating through clothes. Just awful.
