  : The location was excellent - close to a lot of bars/bistros and shops. The district is very pleasant for walks. In addition, the metro station is in less than 150 m and it is easy to reach everything worth of sightseeing. The size of the apartment was remarkable, particularly for the centre of Paris. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is very good for a group of friends or a big family. It was nice to relax after an exhausting day of sightseeing with a glass of wine together with your friends. In the morning, close bakeries provide delicious breakfast. The company arranged an excellent transfer from and to the airport - very convenient if you have an early flight. For 50 Euro in total we were able to check in much earlier than announced, immediately after the transfer brought us to the company office which is 2 min away from the property.
  : There were no wardrobes. In fact, there were no facilities to place our luggage and we took some chairs from the living room to the bedrooms. The cleanliness was not satisfactory. Some of the furniture had a thick layer of dust. There were stains on the sofas from a liquid that had been spilled some time ago. The cupboards in the kitchen were not very clean and the worst surprise was that some of the dishes in the cupboard were covered with leftover food. The internet was not very stable and even stopped one of the days. It's sad that such a nice apartment in a wonderful location is not well maintained. If anyone from the company "Urban Flat in Paris" went with the guests to present the property, this might be prevented s he/she would witness the shortcomings and initiate measures.
