: The apartment is fantastic, in an excellent location, very spacious, the bed-rooms were very cozy and the showers worked very well. The service was friendly once we were there, Adonis who gave us the key was a true star, very helpful, so very friendly and made the whole start of our stay really good. We were allowed an earlier check-in than 15h00, which was really great and Elise was super friendly on the phone to guide us to meet Adonis. Excellent furniture, beds very clean and comfortable, entertainment in the home is up to date, wifi works, sofas are comfy and towels clean and sufficient. Many restaurants, bistros and sights in walking distance. Walking to the Louvre and other places was very easy. Subway is close, but due to the strikes were not functioning, so it was all by foot or taxi, but by foot you can actually do a lot of things. Also supermarkets were really close, the location is great.
: There wasn't much not to like, it is a nice place. However, the price is only good if you stay with 5 or more people as you can probably get two beautiful rooms in luxurious hotels for a similar price if you are below 5. Also a check-out at 11h00 is quite early, noon would be more convenient. Additionally, the bathrooms were surprisingly cold despite the small heating bodies in there. The doors, walls and windows are quite thin and we could hear the neighbours very clearly from their living room, but especially everybody in the staircase. However, when nobody is in the hallway or after 21h it was very quiet and we slept well. The cancellation policy is for these days not favourable - which during uncertain times as 2019/2020 with the strikes is an actual difficulty. Due to the Paris strikes our train was cancelled... but no cancellation or refund possible for the appartment. We saved the stay by renting a car, just to make sure the money doesn't go up in smoke. Despite Paris traffic, we made it and it was a lovely stay and also the children loved every bit of it.
