  : Location is excellent. Many (especially korean/japanese) restaurants around. Very quiet inside. Comfortable beds.
  : Very disappointed with this one. Terrible smell inside when we entered the 'apartment' (or rather refurbished garage or some kind of workshop that is supposed to be an apartment). We have to buy air refresher to be able to sit inside (there are no windows to open - just doors). The sofa was utterly dirty and disgusting. I can not understand how anyone can put such a thing into accomodation for rent. Especially for this price range. The worst, though, was the fact that we had a conflict with local community. This 'apartment' was supposed to have tarras included (see description or photos of this property). It turned out, that when we took garden chairs outside (basically there's no place inside to sit), residents started shouting at us that we are supposed to sit inside only. Truly can not comprehend how this place had such a high rating. Next time I see a 'Royal' in name of place, I will surely stay away from it.
