  : Location was good (except for the 68 steps on a winding staircase to the 3rd floor not disclosed in advertising).
  : Reception and delivery of keys was perfunctory and information exchange concerning the appliances was mostly hand-waving in content. Check-in: not good in spite of prior notice that our flight would arrive at 7am and request to drop off luggage early. It took a few hours for someone to show up after several phone calls. Check-out: More interested in ensuring that we would be gone by 10am than anything else. We were out, as planned, by 8:30am. A few light bulbs burned out (or switch not working. Twelve to 14 inches between the king bed and the walls. One tiny cupboard half filled with vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials was the only closet. No instructions on operation of induction stove or washing machine. No shelf or soap dish in a very, otherwise nice, shower.

  : Excellent location in a beautiful building near all the loverly bars and restaurants of Le Marais, quiet apartment, nice layout and well furnished
  : That you have to pay extra for basics like dish soap, bin bags, sponges. Feels a little tight and petty

  : The location, the kitchen. It was pretty.
  : Many things in the apartment were flimsy. The coffee tables fell over, there weren't enough plugs for fans in the bedroom or the bathroom. The back of the toilet flush fell off. The couch sides were loose so you couldn't lean back and there wasn't another comfy chair for one other person to sit in the living room comfortably.

  : Good kitchen, good bed, apartment spacious enough. Good location.
  : No air conditioning or fans: hard to sleep on hot nights. Dirty rug and toilet. Some electrical problem with some lights switches out of commission. Nothing to hold soap or shampoo in the shower. (not a big deal) All mentioned to Cecile, the agent, who was very good.
