  : Good location. Close to Opera and Louvre. In the Japanese district, had access to lots of great Japanese food. Staff member were friendly. Room was clean.
  : Air conditioner doesn't work. They make it look like it's on at 19C but it probably hasn't been maintained for years, there is no air conditioning refrigerant inside so it's just cycling the hot room air, so with 35C heatwave we were uncomfortable and sleeping in our sweat, made our Paris trip to be very disappointing and sad. The room then starts to smell damp everyday due to the wet shower and wet towels in the room with no ventilation. With the heatwave in summer in Paris, don't bother booking here, I regret it. I told the reception and they only fixed it for one day and the aircon just goes back to its state of cycling hot air after it runs out of refridgerant. On cool days, the outside air is even cooler than the room. Seriously they need to replace the air cons. The mini fridge also doesn't work, so just holding room temp drinks. Drinks in the mini bar were also already missing when we checked in. The shower doesn't have ventilation and water leaks out of the bath because of the glass door barrier isn't sealed. They still use a physical key system, so when you leave for the day you have to leave the key at reception, when returning all you do is state your room number, they don't question who you are, so not so safe as they can be giving the room key to anyone who knows your room number.

  : The room was comfortable for one person, the shower/toilet/sink area was very small but was clean and functional. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean and had everything i needed. Would recommend.
  : The bathroom area was very small - but it was functional and very clean and it allowed for more space in the main room which was nice. I'd just be wary if i was a larger sized person.
