  : Good location and price. Was not fancy but had a bed and shower and that was what I really needed.
  : There was a fridge in the room but it didnt work, there were no soap for washing.

  : Location. Can order breakfast for 10 euros which staff prepare for you at your chosen time in the morning. Staff are friendly.
  : Noisy lift. No hot water during my entire stay. That's 4 nights and it's not acceptable. They casually said that they were in the process of fixing it. Bathroom in urgent need of upgrade.

  : Proximity to the train station was key for this stay as I flew in Friday night and flew out Sunday morning.
  : Room wasnt anywhere near as clean as it should be, but given that I only used the room to sleep and was never there made it acceptable. I wouldnt like to think I was there for longer, or paying that price if I didnt absolutely have to due to the later notice of my trip.

  : False advertisements about room facilities, advertised as 201ft sq ( not likely, very small room) many inlusions did not exist & when reception was asked to explain, a sudden lack of English ensued. The room contained beds, TV, small fridge, toilet & shower- nothing elseVery disappointing, should read more reviews before booking.

  : As a parent of an under age child I was in this hotel for three nights without hot water. I was given a kettle to bath my 2 tear old daughter and everyday they kept telling us we will get hot water to bath.The bathroom was so filthy and the manager wasmt here in the hotel nor on the phone each time we requested to speak to her.Staffs were vety unprofesdional at night there was a guy called Patrick from Brinks security company sitting at the reception desk and few bangladeshi day time which werent able to help us.It was my daughters birthday on the 6th thats why we went to paris for Disneyland on our wsy back to London my daughter fell sick due to cold water in the bathroom.Bookibg has told me they willrefund my money but still nothing now.I ll take this matter further as I paid nearly 400 pound and got a crap service.Manager was not even present to assist so called Dalida.This hotel need refurbishment and more expertise to assist customers. A couple from bangladesh were on training there and couldnt do anything to help and take any decision. When i called booking in paris they said they will refund my money as its a matter of basic needs now when i was back in the uk booking told me to contact the hotel.see attached pictures blood stained on bed sheet,hole on pillow case,moukd in bathroom,kettle in bathroom to shower my child which was do dangerous.last photos staff was boiling water to bring in the room. I need my money back or I ll sue booking
