  : Only location is good, not so far from champs elysees
  : Staff of day duty ( the African woman), is not professional at all, when i just checked in she gave me the worst room in the hotel in the 4th floor ( roof top), although the hotel was empty, safety box in the room was damaged and when i asked her to send me some one to fix it she said we dont have, and you can leave your expensive things in reception if you want !!!! And when i insisted she changed me the room and gave me other room with damaged AC and of course no body again to fix it !! she was careless, and made me so angry, hopefuly that it was only 1 night, the second day when i wanted to check out i left my luggage to her in reception, and when i came back to take it i ididnt find her, reception was empty for more than 10min and Uber was waiting for me outside and counting, i started shouting because i was going to miss my flight then she came slowly with very cold nerves and gave me my luggage with a rude way, it was the worst stay in my life!
