: the dirtiness, there were stains on all the bedding and there were no pillow cases for the extra pillow or comforter. the electric key was turned off with out telling us.

: Most drawers fall when you try to open them. The tap in the bathroom is not fixed to the sink. The apartment is nice, but there is an urgent need for repairs.

: The sink was broken, holes on the wall. There was dust and alot of hair fluff on the floor on arrival which we vaccum the floor ourselves; sticky residue on kitchen and bedside table. No wardrobe at all and the room abit small which made opening our luggage difficult.

: great location for conference, easy transport to airport, comfortable and clean apartment. Probably bigger than I expected. Close to everything we needed - supermarket, restaurants, patisserie, cafes, transport. Apartment was clean. and bed very comfortable!
: Couldn't get TV to work even by Sara, our Sweet Inn representative. Asked twice but not resolved. Apartment very hot and could not work AC. Asked how we could fix this but not resolved. Opened window at night (and could only because we were on first floor and windows had security bars so felt safe)... and opened to a small quiet courtyard. That was enough to keep us comfortable. 2 minor things and overall very comfortable!
