  : In the middle of a vibrant area, close to galary’s, terras, restaurants is this fantastic spacious appartment. Yes, it’s a big clime (4 stairs and inside 2 more), but you are rewarded with a fantastic view from the (big) balcony all the way to the Eiffel tower. You can sit on the balcony. It’s a 2 floor appartment that offers 3 bedrooms and a living. Bed’s are good. There’s a kitchen to prepare a small meal. Inside it’s calm and quiet. Outside you’ll find everything you dream Paris to be. Nearby is the Louvre with the jardin du Tuilleries, the Seine, jardin du Luxembourg. Or just wonder around in fantastic Quartier Latin. The galary’s are impressive. Metro is nearby, public transport is smooth, we preferred to walk. Big supermarket around the corner.
  : The only thing that we would put up for improvement: there is a carpet in the living. It’s dusty and not so hygienic.

  : Great location! Tons of restaurants, bakeries and shops within a stone’s throw. Metro stop was a 2 minute walk. Could see the very top of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. More than enough room for our family of 5. Best part—we found 4 tower fans in the bedrooms for our use! As Americans in a hot city without AC this was a Godsend. No oven, just a stovetop and microwave (which is fine—just giving a heads up). Plenty of silverware/cups/dishes, plus a coffeemaker. Ice cube tray in the freezer. Would stay here again if ever in the area.
  : The only issue we ran into was checkout. When we checked in I asked how to check out. I was told to bring the key to the office. When we showed up at 830, the offices were locked. I called the booking phone number and was told the offices don’t open until 10 and we were just supposed to leave the key in the room. We had a train to catch back home and didn’t have time to walk the 15 minutes (which is closer to 25 with 3 very slow young children) back. Luckily he was able to get ahold of an employee who biked over and took the keys for us. But we would’ve preferred to have just left them in the room from the getgo!! Otherwise, no complaints. Yes, it’s noisy…but you’re in the middle of a city, what do you expect?? Yes, there is no elevator but I knew that going in after reading the reviews. If my 10, 7 and 3 year old can handle the 4 flights of stairs after a long day of sightseeing, so can you.

  : Location! There are other appartments /hotels that give a good value for money. But this location was great.
  : When arrived, light bulb was burn, plumbing issues, the fridge wasn't working, the shower is very very very sensitive ! In terms of milimeters! The hot water made my sun a burn beacuse of that!!! Also, the apartment is on the 5th floore with no elevator. Very hard! The floore made from wood, it is beautiful but when wake up in the morning everyone will be awake from its noise. Not enough shampoo.

  : We knew there wasn’t a lift and accepted that but didn’t think about climbing the stairs after a long day out walking. Thought also that during our 7 night stay that the apartment may have been serviced, but it wasn’t

  : Deposit of 250 euro during checkin - there weren’t any info about it during booking. Host promised to unblock this amount immediately after check out - 3 days past an no money back Brocken entry door, I think it was a crime incident . It would be good to repair!!! And protect your guests Late check in and Early checkout !Sofa in the room which is dedicated for third person is more like to the mattress, then to the sleeping place A LOT of mosquitos in the apartments come from the ventilation.... absolutely impossible to sleep !!!

  : It is a wonderful apartment, in which six people can stay very comfortable. It is large and cosy. Two of the bedrooms are on the sixth floor, but it is not a problem. The apartment is very well equipped and the area in which it is based is very nice, with a lot of bars, clubs and restaurants. In addition, you can download a very useful app for organizing your stay and for communicating with the staff.
  : There is not an elevator in the building, but it is understandable in Paris ...
