  : Misleading didn't have 2 bedrooms. It had 2 beds but very little space for a family of 4. Very thin walls could hear next door as if in same room.

  : Dishonest management, who missold property on Booking.com and then did nothing to make it right.This properly had a blocked shower, and toilet permanently ran.Made moving bag from 1 property to next 2 doors down a beauracratic nightmare.

  : Nothing - FRAUD - BEWARE!!!. The property was FRAUDULENTLY mis sold on Booking.com as a 2-bedroom, 1 lounge apartment with 2 double beds and 2 sofa beds and a fireplace. We booked it for a party of 5. It actually had 1-bedroom and 1 lounge, and 2 double beds. NO 2nd bedroom. NO sofa beds. NO fireplace. Owners then claimed this was a synchronisation error, that affected other customers too (but never bothered to let us know about this). Booking.com stated we would get a refund - we were offered a move next day (after 1 night with 5 adults in 2 double beds) when we were already out for the day. Then offered a breakfast for 4 the next day as compensation (having spent EUR800 with 50% of beds missing), which we declined (and gave to the cleaner as it was still delivered in a brown paper bag that probably cost < EUR10). Then offered 30% refund, and no subsequent follow-up from Booking.com or the apartments, despite our attempts to resolve this. The owners also failed to send us access information, meaning I had to call them when arrived in Paris. The next day, we helped other travellers to the apartments who had not received their travel information. We have commenced legal action. Note - the room description has been conveniently changed in Booking.com (but we have retained evidence of what was offered - see photo). Only positive was location - good location, but choose a reputable company to book through.
  : FRAUD. Attitude of owners in not caring to making this right - thinking ok to offer new apartment midway through 2nd day of our 2 night stay when we out at rugby. Lack of follow-up from owners. Lack of follow-up from Booking.com.
