  : Room is just near the buildings entrance so noisy and upstairs is like a night club. If you are coming to paris for nightlife this apartment is right choice. cleanliness is not enough dusts everywhere. first day as soon as we open the door, lock fell down to floor. host told me it was fine before me, she accused me for using force to door. obviously I didnt. even if I did doors should be standing to force:) thats why it is made for. later the day host sent maintanence and made better than before but still unsafe.

  : The curtains on first floor are so sheer everyone on the street can see into the entire place. Shower has accumulated black mold and mildew that a simple good cleaning can remedy. the apartment above sounded like it turns into a nightclub from 10-4:30 am.The front door was previously broken into and repairs were never made to make it secure again. the refrigerator froze our vegetables and had accumulated frost and freezer door wont seal shut.

  : location was reasonable. Interesting street with good cafes.
  : you can here the metro running underground constantly. The apartment was not up to standard. there was dirty bag of smelly linens left there, there were no lids for pans for cooking, a lot of the fittings were in need of repair, the power sockets pulled oT from the wall which was dangerous. The television was not working as the freebox had issues with connection. The mattress protectors were soiled & unchanged before my stay. You can sleep 4 but its really only suited to 2 people as there is nowhere to sit & eat. It was very cramped for 3 people. there were no instructions left as to where ! how to access the property. I had to rely on a resident to help me as the vendor was not contactable. Very disappointing for a premium price. avoid
