: The location was excellent. Close to everything you need shops and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment was clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable.
: The pillows were too soft. The TV had a 4 inch section on the left that continuously flickered. There was only one teaspoon between 4 people, three mugs, etc. No iron or ironing board. No reply from my email about the short comes. Freezer door was held closed by a foldered train timetable.

: The location was perfect. Walking distance from Gard du Nord and easy to walk everywhere. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. We were allowed to drop our bags off early. Lovely bathroom and shower and all as shown in the official pictures. Instructions to enter building and apartment were very clear and there was good Wi-Fi.
: We dropped our bags off an hour before official check-in and saw the three ladies coming to clean the flat, so an hours cleaning. However when we got back there were dead flies on my daughters bedding, there was only one small toilet roll provided and only one towel each. When the bedside lights were on you could see a lot of dust floating around. There were no dishcloths in the kitchen and no coffee pods for the machine so only the minimum essentials provided. Having travelled a lot, very little was offered for the price of the rental. Also the host was very keen to know what time we intended to check out, before we arrived and on the first morning of our stay which wasnt perceived as very welcoming. There was no welcome pack and for people who are short, all the kitchen facilities are in very high cupboards and there was no step to help reach these.
