  : there was hair in the bathroom upon our arrival (it wasnt ours)the walls were very thin - we had our tv on and louder than normal and we could still hear some passionate love making next door there were small ants in the bathroom the wifi didnt work well - we had to be standing right beside the door for it to connect and we would loose it if we walked to the bed. day 3 it stopped working all together and when I asked the front desk they said the only way to fix it is by turning your airplane mode off I let them know it worked okay previously but they said that was all they could do. we were also told we would have a coffee maker in the room - but we just had a kettle and packets of instant coffee we were extremely disappointed in our stay

  : The location is ideal for Eiffel Tower, arc de triomphe, the Louvre and champs elysee, the hotel airport shuttle was reliable and reasonable priced I could use my card to pay the driver which was a massive bonus, the driver was friendly and helpful. The staff are professional, friendly, helpful and patient. Room tea and milk provided was good. Having a tv in the room fantastic.
  : The air conditioning was not working because they were having maintenance which they did pre-warn me about before my arrival. I was able to open the window and use the fan which helped but the room was still uncomfortable to sleep at night. There were a few small ants that were walking around the fridge. Im not sure if I let them in because I opened the window or they were already there because the fridge is stocked with chocolate. They didnt charge me for day I used their breakfast service which Im grateful for. But I feel they charge too much for continental breakfast and not enough options to choose from.

  : Beside is awful - there where not warm water to take a shower during cold days - and was so dirty place - sheets on the beds where used - and everything was damaged - for the price that they charge you Can perfectly go to an other place nearby -
