Disappointing

  : Location is great although street is very loud. Good access to public transportation and walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, subway.
  : All the furniture is very old, couch's mattresses sliding off when sitting on it, kitchen faucet very wobbly , tv signal unstable, outside door knob only holding on 1 screw and hard to turn, safe was locked and we couldn't use it and when I asked to unlock it I didn't get any answer.

  : Should be more clean and better maintained, looks better on photos than live.

  : The location was ideal and apartment was a very good size.
  : The lack of contact from the Host, who i had to chase on numerous occasions, tv not working which was sorted the following day and a toaster which kept short circuiting and tripping the electricity.

  : The apartment was in a fantastic location close to a main station and within walking distance to many museums, restaurants. The host who met us was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. The apartment was large and in a very nice building. Having a washing machine/dryer was very helpful. The toiletries were very nice and so was renovated bathroom.
  : Like others have said, apartment could have great potential with more upkeep and maintenance. I believe more thought could have been put into the apartment for us to have a better stay. The heating was not enough so two further heaters were provided but still not adequate for such a large apartment. There were not enough coffee pods for 4 people for the amounts of nights we stayed and there were no kitchen tools such as spatulas and tongs for cooking so we had to use normal forks and spoons to cook and serve food which was very inconvenient.
