  : The location was great, close to the metro. 4 bedrooms great for two familes to stay with kids together. Nice kichen and family room. Close to grocery store and places to eat.
  : Lack of communication of how to enter residence. There were several codes to get into the front two doors and no explanation on how to take the elevator to get into the unit. This was very frustrating after a long day of travel with 2 small children.

  : The location was the only good thing about that apartment.
  : We arrived at the property around 11 pm. I was told that I needed to download their app and a digital key was going to be available there 15 min prior to our arrival. It was not the case. No one was available to call at that time. There was a chat in the app. It took them about 45-60 min to give us the codes for the external doors and open the apartment door. They insisted that there was a physical key in the apartment but there wasn't. We didn't dare to go out that night as we weren't sure that we would be able to get in again. Same in the morning. We went out for a coffee and left our teenage daughter, we couldn't wake her up to open the door, no one answered the chat and it was too early to call their office. They delivered a physical key at lunch time, we showed them the app, they couldn't find the digital key on the app as well, they called for guidance and finally managed to display it. The apartment it self was quite poor as well. The bathroom smell was unbearable, the toilet seat was broken. The sofa bed mattress was dirty with yellow spots. The rooms were very small....

  : it was Close to the center
  : the heat was not working in 3 rooms out of 4, it was Colder than outside, when trying to reach someone to solve the issue , first day no answer, 2nd day, I was on hold for 30 min, then one of the agents said that at 6pm someone will come to fix the problem , we returned back from the centre and guess what, nobody came, I called again, the same agent answered and said that no one will come because this is the building’s problem, no one informed us prior to the check-in, no one called me to inform that they will not come at 6pm so we could still enjoy the evening in the centre. It was so cold that there was no mood to stay , to sleep, to enjoy the evenings, even to take a shower. One day before the checkout someone came to fix the problem so basically it wasn’t the building’s fault… I am disappointed, it ruined our trip…we paid almost 1700€ , for a cold apartment to sleep in… such behaviour towards the customers is unacceptable!

  : Nice studio...with place you can cook, watch tv, eat, relax, etc.the bathroom was very good, clean and with lot of space. In the kitchen part you get everything you need. The bed was also very comfortable and big. The location is fantastic! Everything is so close..The museums, restaurants, the eiffel tower, opera, Notre dam, metro, where ever you want to go..everything is very very close. That's a big big big plus for this studio.
  : Definitly: it could be more quite. In 7 days staying in this studio we could sleep 2 nights without being disturbed. The other days were so loud...we were awaken about 7am. I think the main reason for that is that the studio looks on the street (ground floor).The another very bad thing is..that we couldnt opet the window in the living room. And the view was also nothing special...I mean no view at all. We also had no Wi-Fi.
