When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 40 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for € 149 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests are required to show the credit card used to make the reservation and the corresponding photo identification upon arrival. The identity of each person staying at the hotel must be mentioned at the time of booking and each guest must provide a valid ID upon check in.

If the room has been reserved by a third person, the person present must provide a new credit card under his name which correspond to his own identity document.

Please note that for reservations of 6 rooms or more, group policies may apply.

Please note that in case of loss, theft or damage of the smartphone provided in rooms, a penalty of EUR 300 will apply.

Guests are required to immediately report any deficiencies noticed in the hotel room to the hotel reception. In case of deterioration, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of repairs or replacement.
