  : The location was fantastic and the apartment was quite cosy. Service was good, but the apartment was a little worn and a few details should be fixed e.g the doors to the toilets. The staff interaction was great.
  : The air conditioning was not efficient, the apartment was too warm in the nights.

  : The apartment location in Paris is really good, we had a walk to main attractions in the center of Paris, 7-minute walk from Pompidou Center, ca 16-minute walk from Louvre Museum, Etienne Marcel Metro Station 150m, train stop Chtelet - Les Halles 350m. Good to stay with a family or friends, in the kitchen You have dishes, microwave etc available. There are 2 toilets in the apartment, in company of 5 people this was really good.
  : The apartment is on the third floor, be prepared to climb, elevator is not available.

  : We were told technical issue so was not available. Offered a new apartment which was tiny and so so so noisy. check in was hard, and then check out was complicated.

  : The location of this property was great! Very walkable to metro and grocery. Laundry was across the street. Bus stop right out the front door. Pizza and French restaurant right down stairs. Lively bar down the street. Cookware, silverware, cups, nepresso maker were available. Slept five comfortably. The apartment had bathroom and a half bath. Pull out sofa bed slept two adults comfortably. WiFi worked great even with several devices connected.
  : A little worn and we did see a mouse one night. If you are staying here, know that the lights to the stairwell are next to the doors(look like a doorbell). We didnt find this until day 4. Trash went downstairs to a large can. Needed more communication regarding these items as well as how to clean up before check out. No broom only a vacuum. Some essentials like oil, coffee, sugar, etc would be helpful. Tv in the bedroom did not work.

  : The staff at Urban Flat Paris were nothing but exceptional! In particular Lisa, answering all our questions in record time and providing such great clarity. Our original apartment had an issue resulting in us no longer being able to use it. Urban Flat Paris provided us with an alternative that worked out to be far more accommodating to our needs.
  : Very small piece of feedback - the showers leaked water which is not great as you have to use towels to clean up. This makes your towels dirty and not ideal for future use. It would be great if the towels were changed or the leaks were fixed.

  : Cleaning was not very good, a lot of furniture was broken,all the fans was dirty,In this tour i have 3 time changed my appointment first one was leaked they provided me directly new but that was very bad. Then they have given me new again i have to take all luggage again in new one all the time i was in stress. I am uploading some photos where anyone can see cleaning situation.Freezer was full of frost and no place to put some thing in it i will share a photo. I have extra paid to take batter apartment but was not good. When i was searching at the start i found much cheaper but i have selected this for enjoy in good atmosphere but ruined my trip.
