: Property needs maintenance. Certainly not an enjoyable stay and not luxury .
: Our stay at this apartment was totally unsatisfactory. We had a 5 day booking and left the next day. Door locks to property totally unsafe. The original multi point locking system has been removed and replaced with a latch lock. The locking mechanism was able to be wobbled by hand with only 2 screws holding the door strike plate bracket. My 10 year old daughter could have pushed open the door and broken into the property. Deceptively stated that the place accommodated 8 persons. The place could only comfortably accommodate 2-4 persons maximum. For a family of 5 we felt like we were camping as there was no room to walk, bathroom average and toilet similar size to a plane toilet. No room to put our luggage. The bathroom sink mixer was defective and not fixed to the sink. Portable Air Conditioners not connected to an external vent. The property provided 3 x Portable Air conditioners. Only one had a vent that connected to the outside. The other 2 x Air Conditioners pumped hot air back into the apartment. Outside the temp was 32 degrees C / 90 degree F. No Drinking in the building. The apartment had rules of the building plastered inside the apartment. The rule stating No Noise, No Smoking, No Drinking in the building. This immediately felt like student accommodation, not a luxury apartment. This apartment should have been removed from Booking.com whilst the maintenance issues were fixed. The agent emailed and offered to fix the issues, however, we only had 5 days in Paris and when you pay good money for accommodation you expect the basics of a property to be safe and in good working order. Hopefully, the owners act on this review and get the property maintenance issues fixed and adjust the accommodation details to 2 to 4 persons.
