  : The AC was great the lift was working the apartment was stylish. I think it was very well located with lots of shops/ restaurants around. Also, it was on top floor so felt away from the business of the city.
  : There was no table for breakfast. The bathroom was quite small.

  : Budget friendly. Entire apartment. Located on a street with markets and restaurants. 2 blocks away from metro.
  : I had originally booked a hotel near Montmartre, but canceled because they had no AC. after doing some quick research I found this place, it said it had AC. Let me first start off with booking. I booked here on booking.com, I thought I paid, as they did ask for my CC info, but I checked my account and nothing had been charged. I did receive a message from the the booking but it seemed very sketchy as the email they asked me to send stuff to was a gmail. I contacted booking.com and they said it was them. They asked for a pic of the card I used for payment and pics of guest staying and also sent a link to where I would make the payment. Again, all that seemed very sketchy. prior to my arrival I received a message once all was sent and paid and it was in French, luckily booking.com has a translation option. I get to the apartment and the keypad lock didn't work. There was a lock box with a key and we had to use that the whole stay, I did find out the keypad didn't work because the piece that belongs on the door to turn the lock wasn't attached. During my stay it was hot and again I changed places because I need AC, upon entering we turned on the AC, we hear what we think is the AC working. After a while the temperature did not change. It was bedtime and the temperature still hadn't changed, you can hear something running but it definitely not the AC, I messaged the apartment through booking.com and never got a response. During my 3 day stay the AC DID NOT WORK. This apartment is also very far away from many attractions, yes the metro is 2 blocks away but it's still a lot of travel time. They were eager to get me out as they did message me through WhatsApp to find out what time I was going to check out the apartment.

  : Great location, the apartment was perfect for a family in terms of space and the vibe of the block was so cool, much better than expected!
  : I am not good with heights and we were on the 4th floor, and the balcony entrance was a bit stressful with kids although our are older (11 and 9) so they were fine. It would have been very hard with a toddler as it was very, very high up and little kids running around would have been dangerous I think. Also the lift (loved it, very characterful!) got broken on the second day, so we had to walk up and down 4 flights. It was ok as we didn't have much luggage but would have been more difficult if we had more.

  : Promising pictures and description on booking.com, but had absolutely nothing to do with reality: far too small for 4 people, offers neither adequate seating for eating together nor enough space to sleep, no additional window apart from the entrance door, except a tiny one that doesn't open (and you don't want to sleep with the door open), lack of a wardrobe, inadequate kitchen equipment, not enough toilet paper, uncomfortable beds, dirty, especially the bathroom, broken toilet brush ... - I immediately had a call with DreamyFlat, with an employee who was unfortunately completely incapable, but promised they will take care of it ... - to date there has been no further response, even after 5 weeks and repeated requests. Good location, but completely exorbitant price for unacceptable performance.
