  : Staff made us pay before entering the room. Really dirty room. A fridge wihout electrisity and moulded bread in. When one try to talk to staff they do not speak English. The tv out of order and all over dirty sheets on bed. And dirty toilettes and shower. Desided to leave same night at arival 10 pm. Did not refund anything after we had spent one hour in the room finding another room via booking app.

  : Our flights to Paris were cancelled last minute due to strikes.We contacted the hotel to say we were not going to be able to make it till 1 day before we were due to leave - as there were no sooner flights available.We asked for a refund on our booking as we were not going to reach Paris. We heard nothing back from the hotel.

  : Nothing. They made a mistake on the booking and instead of preparing a double room for 3 people as we booked, they had a double room for 2. We couldn't stay because there were no more rooms for the third people
  : They didn't had our reservation and all hotels around were already sold out. We spent sometime finding another hotel

  : Having to carry my luggage up that amount of stairs was tiring. Thankfully I'm young and healthy, but what do people less able do in that kind of a situation? For the price, I won't complain about the quality of the room. To be fair, it wasn't bad, the bathroom could have been better. It was extremely annoying to be told that I couldn't check in earlier because cleaning needed to be done, just for me to finally check in after being extremely tired, napping for less than an hour just for the cleaner to barge in and tell me that she needed to clean (I won't complain that she didn't speak English giving that I was in another country whose first language isn't English) but it was a really frustrating experience.
