  : There is absolutely nothing that I liked about this experience or the property. Id give it negative stars if I could.
  : SCAM. Communication from the property owner (when you can get a hold of them because you have to go through two agencies to even reach them) is impossible. They dont follow up with you or offer to resolve any issues they just take your money. SCAM. They always tell you call back. I dteste everything about the disgusting, mold filled apartment, the FAKE positive reviews, and the HORRIBLE service. I posted photos here because you would be horrified. Run. Mold, dilapidated, shady area. Filth. Hazardous walking pathways that are uneven and not illuminated. Youve been warned.

  : Directions were clear - outdoor code and lock box codes worked well. Would have preferred a coded entry to the apartment rather than keys - would have been more accessible for everyone in the group and would not have had concern about leaving without the keys.
  : The furniture and finishings were worn and not clean. While the sheets were clean and there were plenty of towels, the couches and chairs were heavily stained and falling apart. Floors and walls were well past needed refinishing. I had expected for the apartment to be more equipped with the basics I've had in other rentals - like soap, shampoo, dish soap, coffee pods, etc. (In fact the first picture on the listing suggests that these things would be there but they were not).
