: + Excellent location. + Larger than expected. + Layout is weird (shower bathroom by each bedroom but toilet is in a separate location.
: - STAIRS - narrow stairwell. Can't remember how many flights of stairs (4?) but it was non-insignificant. No elevators so if you have a lot of heavy suitcases like we did, it's tough hauling. - Wifi was super slow. Couldn't do any work. Maybe that's a good thing. - There was practically no supplies provided. No soap, shampoo, detergent, dishwashing pellets, etc. I don't know if this is a French or Paris thing or not but at a place like this elsewhere I would have at least expected some soap. There was toilet paper though. Next to the stairs and slow wifi this was probably the biggest knock for us. - Water kettle was unusable (key for us since we have little kids). - Toilet is in a rather narrow room. I'm 5'11" and 210 pounds and found that I barely fit. My problem for being a fat American in Paris, I understand. But still. - Had to schedule meeting w/ host to collect keys which was pretty inconvenient - definitely not contact-free nor hassle-free. We felt really bad because we were so late meeting them due to delays on our end and had to reschedule multiple times. The guy was managing a lot of properties and we made him late to his many other meetings.

: Safe and convenient location. 3 mins walk from metro and a nice cafe that serves food and is open from 8 am till late. On a very well connected metro line and walking distance to Louvre (approx 15 mins) and Gallerie Lafayette (maybe 5 or 10 mins). Quiet street. Comfortable apartment. Nice showers, comfy beds. Warm. Romain very nice and helpful.
: It's super close to metro but there are multiple exits so be aware as we got a bit spun around once or twice. Some written info about local supermarket, cafe, exit to use at metro, etc would be gratefully received.
