  : 1. The property charges 500 euros from your credit card as a security deposit during your check in. They have notified me about it on the same day when I did a check in!!! I didn't have any credit card but had cash and it was 1 hour fighting with the manager by phone at 11pm after a long day of travelling to resolve the problem!! This is unacceptable!2. The property have charged 5 euro per person per day as city tax. But another hotel in Paris at the same time charged about 1.50 euros. How can the city tax be different in the same city?3. On booking it's stated that thr check in is from 2pm to 8pm. But the property charge you additional 30 euros if you do check in from 6 to 8pm and charge 50 euros if you do chexk in after 8pm. So if you do a check in you probably are paying additional money
