Disappointing

  : The staff in the bar/restaurant was very nice and welcoming. We didn't test the food but it looked good and the atmosphere seemed very cheerful.
  : It was Friday night. The fact that the bedrooms are situated directly above night bars and clubs means crowds of people outside until 2 in the morning, and then party goers coming out of the clubs at around 6AM, and then the street cleaners....we hardly slept at all , because the double glazing / sound insulation is inadequate. Also, the bedroom looked like a 1990 time capsule. The decor is faded, and the carpet, paints and furniture need serious refurbishing.

  : It has a very good location, very central and perfect to go anywhere with the subway. However, I do not recommend it if you travel to rest, as it is located between many bars and party areas, so the street noise extends more or less from 8 pm to 7 am.
  : When we arrived the bathroom was not very clean, however it was only that day, the other days everything was very clean, the pillows were very very hard, we could not use them and the noise of the parties outside the hotel made it difficult to sleep.

  : Easy check in, kind staff, clean room and a fabulous location in the heart of Bastille.
  : Very uncomfortable pillows (far too high), blankets were so thin and cold, bedside light not working, no main light, loud noise from the bar until past midnight.

  : The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but that's to be expected. It was also loud (I think deliveries were underway) but not unbearably so as my little one was able to sleep through the noise.
  : The bathrooms weren't so great. The shower cubicle was really high off the floor and quite small. Also, the amenities were inadequate, but that didn't bother me because I had all my toiletries.
